WHEN CAN I REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?
If you wish to exchange or return your product, you can do so in the following ways:
• Make your request electronically, filling out the information requested in the REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN form on our website www.shoesalta.com
• Send an email to info@shoesalta.com, indicating the reason for your change and order number, and you will receive a response within a maximum of 24 hours.
• Through our online store, in the customer service chat.
• In any of the above you must provide the following information:
• Product purchase date
• Product Reference
• Order No. and payment support
National Shipping (Colombia)
• The product will be sent to the address registered in your purchase.
• After making the payment through the payment gateway, you will receive an automatic email informing you that your order has been created.
• At the time ALTA makes the shipment, you will receive an email with the generated tracking number and updates that will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
• Order processing may take 1-2 business days.
• ALTA ships from Monday to Friday, during business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Delivery times vary between 3 and 5 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination.
International Shipping (The rest of the world)
• You can make your purchases from anywhere in the world. The product will be sent to the address registered in your purchase.
• International shipments are made with the transport company DHL.
• The moment you make your purchase, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number and later, updates on the most recent movement of your order.
• Order processing may take 1-2 business days.
• ALTA ships from Monday to Friday, during business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Delivery times vary between 5 and 10 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination.
