SHIPPING POLICIES
Delivery Times
If the purchase was made outside of Colombia, the order will have an estimated delivery time of 10 business days, starting from payment confirmation.
This period may vary depending on the destination country and the delivery times established by the shipping company.
Import Taxes and Tariffs
⚠️ All taxes, customs duties, and import fees required by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
These costs are not included in the product price or shipping rates. It is the customer's responsibility to inform themselves and assume these charges in accordance with applicable local regulations.
Start of the Day Count
The shipping period begins on the day the customer receives confirmation of payment.
· If the order is placed on a non-business day (Saturday, Sunday, or holiday), counting will begin on the next business day.
· For orders placed after 11:00 AM (Colombia time), delivery time will be counted from the next business day.
Product Reception
The package may be received by any adult at the registered address.
In cases where there is no one to receive the order, the shipping company will make a second visit.
After two failed attempts, the order will be returned and the credit note or refund process will begin (excluding shipping costs and any return or customs fees).
Shipping Cost
International shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination country, weight, and volume of the package, and will be displayed during the checkout process.
This value does not include taxes or customs charges.
Transportation Company
ALTA SHOES SAS ships internationally through partner carriers with global coverage, ensuring traceability and security.
Payment Platform
All international purchases are processed through secure platforms. Once payment is approved, the customer will receive a confirmation email. This process may take up to one business day.
International Exchanges and Returns
Exchanges are only accepted if the product has manufacturing defects.
· Returns are not accepted due to size or preference.
· Any claim must be reported within 5 days of receiving the order, attaching photos and details to comercial@shoesalta.com.
· In the case of an authorized return, shipping costs and customs clearance are the customer's responsibility.
