SHIPPING POLICIES
Delivery times. If the purchase was made in Colombia, the delivery time will be as follows: Bogotá, Cali and Medellín: 3 business days. Rest of the country: 5 business days.
Business days are understood to be Monday to Friday, except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. For some remote and/or difficult to access municipalities, the times may be extended even further.
Purchases made during special seasons (Sale and Black Friday) have a delivery time of 10 business days after payment confirmation.
If the purchase was made outside of Colombia , it will have an estimated delivery time of 10 business days, taking into account that the products are shipped from Colombia.
The term of days to receive the product begins to run from the day the customer receives confirmation of the transaction. In the event that the transaction is made on a non-business day, the term will begin to run from the business day following confirmation of payment.
When orders are placed after 4:00 p.m., the shipping period starts on the following business day.
The product may be received and inspected by any adult who lives or is present at the place of delivery, for which the signature of the guide will be sufficient. It will be understood that the product was sent without incident, when the guide is signed by the doorman in housing estates or buildings where there is a doorman service.
In the event that there is only one minor or there is no concierge service, the carrier will deliver the product on another visit, which will be scheduled by ALTA SHOES SAS . If after the second visit, effective delivery has not been achieved, your order will be cancelled and a refund or credit note process will be initiated.
The delivery of the products will be carried out according to the schedules established by the transport companies at the address established by THE CLIENT.
Shipping costs. The cost of shipping the products will be determined in each case, taking into account the destination, weight and volume of the package and will be informed at the time of settlement of the order.
Delivery. ALTA SHOES S.AS delivers merchandise through transport companies (partner companies), guaranteeing the security, coverage and quality of the service.
Payment platforms. Wompi is the platform responsible for approving transactions. Payment takes approximately one (1) business day for approval. At the time of payment approval, you will receive an email.
Exchanges and returns. If the product or its packaging shows signs of damage, the customer must register it as a new item. The deadline for doing so is determined in the exchange policies.
