RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer may fully exercise his right to retract the purchase made on the website. www.shoesalta.com and request a refund of their money, for this the client must carry out the following process:

• Make the request by email comercial@shoesalta.com or WhatsApp +57317 6451530
• Return the product to ALTA SHOES SAS by the same means and in the same conditions in which you received it. Transportation costs and other costs involved in returning the product will be covered by the customer.
• The maximum term to exercise the right of withdrawal will be five (5) business days from the delivery of the product.
• The money will be returned to the bank account (savings or current) that the client indicates at the time of the request.
• The money refund will be made within 15 business days following the return request and as long as the product received has been returned in the same conditions to the factory.
• In accordance with the quality control carried out by ALTA SHOES SAS, the client will be informed whether or not the product is received. If the withdrawal is not accepted, the product will be returned to the client.
