WHEN WILL THE ORDER BE SHIPPED?

National Orders (Colombia)

• The product will be sent to the address registered in your purchase.
• After making the payment through the payment gateway, you will receive an automatic email informing that your order has been created.
• The moment ALTA makes the dispatch, you will receive an email with the generated guide number and updates that will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
• Order processing may take 1 to 2 business days.
• ALTA ships from Monday to Friday, during business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Delivery times vary between 3 and 5 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination.

International Orders (Rest of the World)

• You can make your purchases from anywhere in the world.
• The product will be sent to the address registered in your purchase.
• International shipments are made with the transport company DHL.
• At the moment you generate your purchase, you will receive an email notification with the guide number and later, updates on the most recent movement of your order.
• Order processing may take 1 to 2 business days.
  ALTA ships from Monday to Friday, during business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Delivery times vary between 5 and 10 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination.
