WHEN CAN I REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN?

If you want to exchange or return your product, you can do it in the following ways:

• Make your request electronically, filling in the data requested in the REQUEST A CHANGE OR RETURN form on our website www.shoesalta.com
• Send an email to info@shoesalta.com, indicating the reason for your change and order number, and you will receive a response in a maximum of 24 hours.
• Through our online store, in the customer service chat.
• In any of the above, you must provide the following information:
• Product purchase date
• Product reference
• Order No. and payment support

National Shipments (Colombia)

• The product will be sent to the address registered in your purchase.
• After making the payment through the payment gateway, you will receive an automatic email informing that your order has been created.
• The moment ALTA makes the dispatch, you will receive an email with the generated guide number and updates that will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
• Order processing may take 1 to 2 business days.
• ALTA ships from Monday to Friday, during business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Delivery times vary between 3 and 5 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination.

International Shipping (The rest of the world)

• You can make your purchases from anywhere in the world. The product will be sent to the address registered in your purchase.
• International shipments are made with the transport company DHL.
• As soon as you make your purchase, you will receive an email notification with the guide number and later, updates on the most recent movement of your order.
• Order processing may take 1 to 2 business days.
• ALTA ships from Monday to Friday, during business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Delivery times vary between 5 and 10 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination.

What does it mean that a product is in PRE ORDER?

The PRE ORDER is a purchase option that we offer you at shoesalta.com that allows you to be among the first people to acquire the new pieces and ensure your product before it runs out.

When a product appears with the PRE ORDER label, it means that it is already in production in our workshop in Colombia but it is not yet available for immediate shipment.
