PRE ORDER

1 What does it mean that a product is in PRE ORDER?

The PRE ORDER is a purchase option that we offer you at shoesalta.com that allows you to be among the first people to acquire the new pieces and ensure your product before it runs out.

When a product appears with the PRE ORDER label, it means that it is already in production in our workshop in Colombia but it is not yet available for immediate shipment.

2 How soon will I receive my order if I bought a product that is in PRE ORDER?

In the product description you will find a note that says approximately how long your product will be available.

Generally, we open the PRE ORDER when there are around 4 to 8 weeks left to receive the product. However, for reasons beyond our control, in the production and shipping process this time is approximate and may vary slightly.

3 What happens if in an order I buy products that are available and products that are in PRE ORDER?

In this case, keep in mind that by default we will wait for all the products in your order to be available to make a single shipment and that you do not pay extra shipping.

However, a representative of the store will contact you at the indicated telephone number to confirm if you actually want to wait for the PRE ORDER products or prefer to receive the available ones first.
